If you find Exocad's UI elements are distorted (stretched out, interlaced, invisible etc) you likely need to disable the Nahimic service on Windows, which interferes with Exocad.
You will find Nahimic in Windows Services, "Services" are in the following path => C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Administrative Tools.
Also you can type directly "services" in the Windows searcher (left down corner) to access.
So you will get the list of Windows services there (see attached screenshots), go to Nahimic service => Stop the service => Properties => Setup as Disable
